Job Description:
Deputy Manager (E-1)(Marketing):
Candidate should possess Full-time regular Bachelors Degree in Commerce/ Science/ Arts
(Economics/ Statistics)/ Engineering (in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Production/ Industrial/ Civil/
Chemical/ Metallurgical/ Mining) with 60% marks; AND
2 years full-time regular PG Diploma/ MBA in Marketing or International Business with 60% marks.
Post Qualification Experience- Desirable but not essential.
Deputy Manager (E-1) (Systems):
Candidate should possess Full-time regular B.E./ B.Tech. in Computer Science/ Computer
Engineering/ Information Technology/ Electronics with 60% marks and with 2 years post
qualification relevant experience; OR M.Tech. in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/
Information Technology/ Electronics with 60% marks.
Application Fee:
Non-refundable Application fee of Rs.500/- shall be applicable for candidates belonging to General &
OBC Categories. SC, ST and PWD candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
Selection Process:
Selection process will include written test and/ or group discussion (GD) and personal interview.
However, depending on the level of the post and the number of prospective candidates any method
of selection process can be adopted viz. only interview or written test/ GD followed by interview.
