Job Description:
For the Posts of Machinist, Fitter General, Heat Treatment Operator, Electrician, Fitter
Electronics, Millwright, Matriculation and NAC or NTC issued by National Council for Vocational
Training (NCVT) certificate in the relevant trade.
For The Post of Examiner, Matriculation and NAC or NTC issued by National Council for Vocational
Training (NCVT) certificate in the trade of Machinist {for Examiner (Machinist)} & Fitter {for
Examiner (Fitter)}.
For the Post of Lower Division Clerk- 12th Class or equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
Skill Test Norms �Only on Computers� English Typing @ 35 w.p.m. Hindi Typing @ 30 w.p.m. (Time
allowed 10 mins.) (35 w.p.m. and 30 w.p.m.) correspond to 10,500 KDPH on average of 5 key
depression for each word
For the Post of Fireman- Matriculation or equivalent pass. Must have completed Basic course on
elementary firefighting from a recognized Institution.The duration of the Basic Fire Fighting course
will not be less than SIX months.The institute offering Basic course on Fire Fighting should be
recognized by State Government/Government of India.Must be physically fit for and capable of
performing strenuous duties.
For the Post of Stenographer- Must have passed 12th Standard or equivalent from a recognized
Board or University. Knowledge of Stenography. Speed of 100 wpm in Stenography and 40 wpm in
typewriting provided that to the extent persons possessing a speed of 100 wpm in Stenography are
not available persons possessing speed of 80 wpm shall be eligible.
For the Post of Store Keeper- Must have Passed 10+2 from a recognized institution.
Basic knowledge of Computer application having �O� level certificate as per Dept. of Electronics
Accreditation Committee Certificate (DOEACC)
