Job Description

LEVEL 1 SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Education:

* Diploma / Graduate degree(Non-Technical Graduates preferable).

Experience:

* At least 1 year work experience in a help desk / customer service role desired

* Proficient language skill in US English.

Communication Skills (Verbal and Written):

Clarity of Speech

No heavy accent

Rate of speech adaptable to customer conversation

Proper English Grammar

Pronunciation

Spelling

Punctuation

Excellent vocabulary and use of common phrasing

Attentive listening

Technical Skills

Familiar with MS Operating Systems

Familiar with Wi-Fi networks and USB peripherals

Technical understanding of MS Operating Systems (Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7)

Knowledge of current MAC Operating Systems

Demonstrated ability to properly diagnose and resolve

Personal Skills/Expectations:

Exhibits high degree of professionalism

Proactive ownership of responsibilities

Promotes continuous improvement

Strict adherence to business policies

Ability to multitask

Able to type 50 wpm with 90% accuracy.

Demonstrated attentive listening

Demonstrated confidence when presented with difficult situations

Ability to adapt conversation to skill level of customer

Demonstrated customer service skills

LEVEL 2 SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Graduate or equivalent, diploma in Software/Hardware, Engineers, etc.

Total Experience - Technical Support 1-2 years of experience. Relevant Experience of at least 6 months as an L1 Agent in Technical Support.

Documented Outstanding English Skills (Verbal and Written)

Documented Excellent Customer Service Skills

Extensive knowledge of computer hardware, network, operating systems, MS Word, E-mail, and Internet services

Ability to use the infrastructure systems for phone, chat, and email support
