Associate - Business Process & Quality

- Requirement gathering & documentation

- Support documentation & implementation of new dealer management system (DMS) at various dealer outlet

- Support DMS roll-out at the dealerships & provide post implementation support (training, tracking module usage etc)

- Provide functional & technical support for New business application development

- Support establishing audit for business processes & implementing process audit systems through technology

Desired Profile

- Business Analyst Profile with excellent documentation & control knowledge.

- Good Automotive Domain knowledge areas of Sales & Marketing, Service & Service Parts, Customer Relations, Dealers

- Good understanding of Dealer Management System fundamentals - Technical & Functional(Autodeal DMS knowledge will be given preference)

- Good interpersonal skills with experience interfacing effectively between various stakeholder.

- Strong multi-tasking skills with capability to adapt to rapidly changing environments
