Technical Support Engineer
Providing
Software technical support to clients of Naukri.com.
Handling
client queries via email support system.
Analyzing
issues to identify root cause of it and following up till the issue closure.
Coming up
with innovative ideas and thinking out of box
Candidate
should be well versed with the knowledge of operating systems (Windows XP,
Vista, 7)
Strong
troubleshooting experience on several browsers (IE, Google Chrome &
Mozilla)
Working Shifts:
Monday to
Friday 9: 30 AM to 6.30 PM, Saturday & Sunday fixed offs.
