Job Description

Interface Analysts (BPO TECH SUPPORT VOICE PROCESS)

Requirement:

Good Communication skills (written and oral) – Level ‘C’

Minimum of one year of oral interaction with clients in US

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or an equivalent combination of training and experience

Knowledge of SQL, VB Script

Willing to work in fixed night shift operations 8am to 5 pm EST (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST)

Preferences        

Microsoft certifications

Experience in working on Crystal Reports

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Build interface and or upgrade interfaces between healthcare applications or migrate data and performs quality checks. This person is required to interact with clients (mostly physician’s offices/hospitals) and laboratory vendors to plan the projects

Provide  training to the new clients on the migrated Electronic Health Record application

Support the client on the interfaces

Document the details of interface/upgrades/data migration
