Job Description
Transaction Processing
Performs
Maintainence of Retail Customer accounts by validating various regulatory
documents submitted by customers
Ensure that
all work assigned is processed as per SOP's and within the Turnaround
Stipulated.
Ensure all
exceptions, involving deviation from SOP's or inability to process the work
within turnaround time are escalated to supervisor/Manager.
Meet the
productivity/UPH/quality targets benchmark.
Follow all
the Audit/Compliance policies related to process.
Soft Skills :
Decent
communication with excellent inter-personal skills.
Effective
time management skills.
Excellent
Client focus and Customer care working practices .
Good team
player with positive attitude towards working hours on account of business
