Technical Support Representative must be able to:

Provide technical support to end users via inbound calls, emails, and chat sessions.

Remote Infrastructure support delivery.

Perform problem cause analysis.

Ability to meet a set of defined productivity measurements.

Understanding of operating systems, Windows 2000/NT/XP configuration options and trouble shooting.
