Should be
bi-lingual . A good translator as this role would be to translate English into
French and process French tasks.

attention to detail excellent interpersonal & client relationship skills;
candidate must feel confident in dealing with Clients and management at all
levels of seniority by phone and email
Must be
flexible and able to work in shifts.
