Price Quotation to the customers .
Booking
Orders in SAP .
Order
Follow up and status .
Technical
Publication Access Request .
Generating
Report from SAP .
Generating
Invoices from SAP and Send to the customers .
Updating
and Maintaining internal reports.
Skills/Qualifications:
University
Graduate with 6 months + experience in a BPO industry
Experience
in Order management is a must. Web savvy;
Strong PC
& associated software skills viz. MS Excel ( Macros), MS Access,
MS PPT, Willingness to work in night shifts is mandatory.
Prior
experience of working in SAP is preferable.
