Job Description

Receiving inbound calls for resolving queries/verification/sales

Solving customer queries.

Acting as a primary interface for all customer service enquiries.

Handling inquiries and reporting to Concerned Authorities.

Updating customers with the latest information on a product or a service and assisting them with their queries

Shift Details-

Fixed Day shift- (Shift 10am-7pm) for Female candidates &

Rotational shift between 9 am-11 pm for Male Candidates

Candidate's Profile-

Graduate/under graduate

Fresher/Experienced

Good communication skills in English is mandatory.

Min six months of exp. in any voice based process with any BPO is required.NO FRESHERS.

Salary Details-

Salary in hand Rs. 8000/--11,000/- +inc+loyalty bonus+PF+ESI card

Transport-

Only drop will be provided incase shift ends after 8 pm

Salary in hand Rs. 8000/--11,000/-/- +loyalty bonus+Provident Fund+ESI facility

For face to face round kindly walk in between 10 am to 5 pm   between Monday to Saturday
