Associate/ Senior Associate - (Technical)

Configuration of Customers equipment to connect to the Internet via modem/DSL Router (Dialup/DSL customers only).

Configure software to connect to Internet application servers.

Identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in Customer computer systems.

Desired Profile:

Good Communication Skills.

Immediate joiners are preferred.

Willing to Work in Night Shifts.

Basic knowledge on Computers (Hardware & Networking concepts).
