Receiving
calls from customers based out of US
- Solving
queries and concerns on the call
- Arranging
for any service required by the Customer
- Provide
Customer with product and service information
- Sell
Products to eligible Customers
- Up sell
Products and Services
- Follow-up
on customer inquires and resolve

Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.
- Recommend
process improvements.
Job Specification:
- Should be
Customer Service Centric
- Excellent
English Verbal Communication Skills
- Working
knowledge of Computers

Professional Phone etiquettes and ability to work with a Team
- Should be
willing to work nights

- Minimum
of 18 years of age
Educational
Requirements: Should be minimum 10+2 or a Graduate
