Job Description:
• Manage Stand Alone Shifts during weekdays and weekend shifts ensuring timely completion of e-mails and voice responses
• Sharing of Process Knowledge with the team and enhancing process documents (Procedures, SOP’s, Escalation. etc)
• Responsible for Fulfillment and Ticket Follow Up to reduce Customer Complaints
• Work Allocation for e-mail responses
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Knowledge on Networking concepts.
• Exposure to ITIL framework.
• Call handling experience – Added Advantage.
• Candidates with MCSE/CCNA certifications preferred.
• Candidates should come in formals.
•
No Standing Arrears.
•
Candidates from Arts background (Eg : BA;B.COM – will not be eligible)
•
Candidates should be willing to work in night shifts (Cab Facility
provided) & willing to sign a bond for two years as per corporate
norms.
•
Selection Process : Initial screening, Written Test, Technical discussion, HR Interview.
Interview Registration time will be between 9:30 am to 10:30 am on 18th Feb 2012
