Candidate should possess Should be BE/B.tech/Msc/M.Tech/MCA/BSc - 2012,2013 and 2014 Pass outs are only eligible

Member is required to resolve customer queries, which comes via chat
(webchat) and ensure that the resolution is to the customer
satisfaction.
The query resolution of the Online Customers
requires basic computer (internet) proficiency, comprehension, good
verbal & excellent written communication and decision-making skills.
Should be willing to work in night shift
