Tech Help Desk Executives
Selection Process : Initial screening, Written Test,
Technical discussion, HR Interview.
Eligibility Criteria:
Regular
(BCA/BSC (c/sc) OR BE/B Tech(Any Stream) ) With Minimum 60% Marks

Pass outs are eligible
Candidates
with 3 months to 6 months (VOICE/SEMI VOICE BPO)EXP can also apply.
Candidates
can directly walk in for the interview process if they meet the eligibility
criteria.
No Standing

from Arts background (Eg : BA;B.COM - will not be eligible)

should be willing to work in night shifts (Cab Facility provided) & Willing
to sign a bond for two years as per corporate norms.
Job Description:
Manage
Stand Alone Shifts during weekdays and weekend shifts ensuring timely
completion of e-mails and voice responses.
Sharing of
Process Knowledge with the team and enhancing process documents (Procedures,
SOP's, Escalation. etc).
Responsible
for Fulfillment and Ticket Follow Up to reduce Customer Complaints.
Work
Allocation for e-mail responses.
