Job Details : Education : Any Graduate Experience : 0-4 Years Location : Noida Job Description : Voice Associate Functional Area: ITES/BPO/KPO, Customer Service, Ops. -A Graduate /Undergraduate -Undergraduates are eligible only if they have 9 months-1 yr of work experience -Fresher or have experience (any industry) -Flexible to work in night shifts. -Have excellent communication skills -Proficient in computers -Typing speed of 25 wpm with 90% accuracy -Good analytical and problem solving skills -Go-getter Attitude -Spot offers shall be made to selected candidates -EXL verifies the testimonials and information provided by all applicants through its internal resources and/or its external agency. -No charges are payable by any applicant/candidate who will be seeking employment with EXL entities, either at the time of application or at the time of acceptance of the Offer Letter.
Desired Profile : This role is primarily responsible for dealing with customerqueries over the phone. Skills: -Excellent written and verbal communication skills-Ability to communicate correctly and clearly -Strong customer service focus – Ability to empathize with the customer& prioritizing customer needs -Good problem solving, reasoning, data gathering,andanalytical skills. -Ensure that transactions are processed as per the Procedures -Ensure that the assigned targets in accordance with the SLA metrics -Ensure that the quality of the transactions is in compliance with predefined parameters laid down by the SLA metrics -Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules i.e. as per predefined rosters -Ensure adherence to Company Policies and Procedures
