Support Engineer/NOC Engineer Technical Qualifications : candidates who have done their certification in RHCE/MCSE/CCNA are preferred No.of Positions : 30
- Candidates should have excellent communication skills and customer interfacing skills.
- Should have good analytical/logical skills.
- should be good at time management and should have the desire and ability to learn new skills.
- Role is voice support for software and Hardware.
- basic system administration tools and processes ex : booting / shutting down a system,add or remove user accounts,use back up files and maintain system files.
- Respondiing to trouble-tickets via an internet application and/or phone reports.
- Trouble shooting problems/escalating them to appropriate Engineers/divisions.Applying new knowledge(through training , mentoring,documented process ) to handle difficult tasks.
