Job Description

Required Competencies -

Communication Skills (Call/email)

Has good skills (grammar and structure) and can communicate effectively with the stakeholders.

Has good email etiquette and telephone etiquette.

Demonstrates good listening skills

Data Gathering and Analysis (SR Creation)

Clearly documents sources and validates the accuracy of data/information to resolve inconsistencies

Analyzes and investigates up-to-date information from various sources and in various formats.

Case Management

Serves as the point of contact for assigned case to ensure that all administrative related actions are carried through to completion.

Uses a collaborative process to assess, recommend, plan for and provide administrative support and services from the initial request until the action is completed.

Decision Making (Entitlement Validation)

Approaches the task by breaking it down into parts and considers each part in detail.

Seeks information about alternatives and chooses an option that meets a goal, solves a problem or avoids a risk.

Actively looks for discrepancies and inconsistencies in available information.

Considers benefits & risks when making a decision.

Planning and Prioritization (Time SLA Mgmt)

Organizes work, sets priorities, and determines dependencies.

Determines necessary sequence of activities and the efficient level of resources needed to achieve short and long term goals.

Recognizes and addresses the interdependences of activities and resources.

Maintains a high level of energy and commitment to juggle multiple tasks and priorities, and use available resources to get more done with less; all without losing focus.

Takes advantage of available resources (individuals, processes, departments, and tools) to complete work efficiently.

DESIRED PROFILE:

0 - 2 years experience in Voice process/ Customer Support/ customer service/ITES/BPO Industry

Flexibility to work in night shift (rotational)
